I loved the central location for shopping and dining! 😊 the reception staff could use some serious improvement in customer service. The check-in was a bit frustrating overall.

We loved how the hotel had a cheerful vibe as soon as we entered. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. The staff, like Mr Deepu and Mr Kafeel, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Gulf and checking out the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.

In my wife’s opinion, an upgrade to the mattresses would be nice.

this hotel is really clean, and the cleaning crew are super dedicated. reception staff, especially tauheed, were really helpful and let me check out late. the deluxe double room was spacious and comfy, with great air con. it's nice that they upgraded the restaurant and the service is way better now. also, the location is pretty good for getting around muscat.

the tv channels weren't too great for westerners, which was kind of annoying. also, a bit of noise from the street outside sometimes.

Family friendly spot for a decent stay

The location couldn't be better, right near shopping centers and good restaurants. The staff, especially Mr Deepu and Mr Kafeel, were remarkable, making sure all my requests were handled with care and smiles.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but i guess it’s acceptable.

Poor reception service mars experience

I had a difficult experience with the reception staff, particularly an Indian gentleman who was quite rude and unhelpful. On the other hand, once I got past that, the restaurant staff were genuinely polite and accommodating, which was a redeeming quality during my stay. I was expecting a nice breakfast, but I faced issues with it being unoffered despite paying for it initially. the level of customer service needs significant improvement.

A highlight was enjoying delicious hamburgers at the restaurant, but some service inconsistencies were evident during busy times.

The Deluxe Double Room was pretty spacious and had great natural light from two big windows overlooking the city. The AC worked like a charm, keeping the room super cool. the housekeeping was spot on, always keeping my bottles and coffee stocked. A couple of small things, though—noise could be an issue since you hear the street outside, and the bathroom definitely needs some updates to feel more modern.

Loved the clean rooms and the quiet pool, perfect for chilling. Big kudos for the spacious bathroom too!
